60 minute appointment + one week of daily checks in using the app

This is ideal for someone that has completed a program with Joanne and wants to continue their coaching and would like the accountability of a daily check in (via the app or text)

Using Joanne's app (www.theshrinkshopapp.com or theshrinkshop on your app store) you can log your food and your workouts.

Joanne checks all logs every day and will give advice & feedback.

The daily check ins are by chat (in the app) or text only (not by call)

To get the best results you must be prepared to log your nutrition.
