For those who have completed the Initial 21 Day Coaching Program, you have a few of options

1. Purchase the Monthly 4 weeks/4 consultations Package.  Keep the intensity of the coaching with weekly meetings, daily feedback and full support.

2.  Purchase the Accountabilty Membership, where Joanne will be with you every single day via the app. You journal and she will evaluate and give you feedback, every single day!  You may then purchase these Single Consulations whenever you want.

3. Purchase these stand alone Single 60 Minute Consultations.  Joanne will film the meetings and send you the file. You will also get one week of full support.  Use these sessions to learn about a different topic that might interest you and to create a new plan and/or new meals.

These single sessions are only available if you have completed the 21 Day Initial Program.  If you haven't completed the Initial Program you can book the "Chat with Jo" option or follow one of the pre designed courses
