Congratulations on your decision to join us for The Peak Week 5 Day Shred (January 22 - 28)
Although the meal plan is for 5 days the actual program runs from Sunday, January 22 when we do a "Pre Program" Zoom and ends with a "Post Program" Zoom on Saturday, January 28, when we do a post program call.
Here is what you need to know.
Watch out for full details that will be emailed to you.
If you are new to me and the app, PLEASE watch out for an "activate your account" email, sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email will show you how download the app onto your phone, set up your username/password etc.
If you do not see the email (if often goes to spam) just contact me and I will resend. email@example.com
The phone app is awesome, there is also the desktop version which you can sign into at www.theshrinkshopapp.com
There are 4 Zoom calls, they are here in the schedule and you will get reminders before each one. All Zooms will also be recorded and sent to you. Please be as active in the group as you wish, whatever makes you the most comfortable and supported.
- Once your account is set up please use the phone app or desktop and follow the 9 dots and go to FILES
- There you will find a video WELCOME TOTHE APP, it will show you around the app. It will show you how to set up your time zone, units of measurements and a basic run through the app.
- Also, in FILES you will find the program INSTRUCTIONS that will also be sent by email.
- I will be contacting you via the CHAT function in the app. You can contact me directly at any time during the program using private or group chat.
- If you are new there won’t be much to see in the app until the program starts 😊
- Meal plans will be uploaded the week before we start and also sent by email.
- Once the meals are uploaded into the app your SHOPPING LIST will be available. On the phone app, go to NUTRITION and then swipe right on the top of the screen – there you will find your shopping list (the shopping list is only on the phone app, not the desktop, but it is also in the PDF instructions)
SCHEDULE (the times are set to try and work with all the time zones)
- The first call is to make sure everybody is set up and to explain how and why the program works so well. At first glance, it looks like a simple high protein diet - but there is a lot more to it. In the initial call, I will explain the diet and tell you what to expect.
- Calls 2 & 3 are timed to happen before each major shift in the program. When changes occur in the program I have placed a zoom call beforehand so you understand the changes, why they are important, and again, what to expect.
- The final zoom call is the day is on weight in day. This is a fun call to share your experiences and for me to guide you on how to continue.
