Joanne has been a trainer for close to 30 years and is a RYT 200 hour yoga instructor.
Whatever your goal type - build muscle, lose fat, improve performance, conditioning - Joanne can coach you towards your goals.
Online training is via zoom (minimal equipment is needed)
Joannes Personal Training hours are Monday - Friday 6am - Noon
Nutrition coaching is Monday - Friday 1 pm - 6pm
Saturday 7 - 9 am is subject to availability

My clients range in age, my niche seemingly is fixing the midlife body :)
However I do have several younger clients and I wanted to give a special shout out to this young gentleman. I started training B when he was 13 - this photo shows him at 13 and then only 2 years later at 15.
Such a dedicated young man that followed both my training and my nutrition advice. He works incredibly hard and trusted me every step of the way. Im pretty sure I am having more fun than he is.
